Okay, for those of you who know us; you know we don't generally follow the
"herd" and the past couple weeks would support that cliche.
However, tonight we find ourselves at Etosha Safari Camp, drinking wine surrounded by "FT's"* a cacophony of German, French & Afrikaans competes with a Namibian version of a Mariachi band serenading the patrons around a fire.
Springbok stroganoff with cauliflower & cheese is on the menu....big change from smoky fire cooked Chicken Mowambe(sp).....it's fun but I miss base camp EHRA. Perhaps another glass of white wine and a dance with Mary will change the that... after all it's T minus 4 days till her 5 Oh :) and some celebration is needed.

Hi Mark and Mary,
I have so enjoyed your blog on your trip. I think I'm going to copy them and share them with my residents. Happy 50th Mary.
